Metastasis of kidney cancer to the bone tissue can be manifested through development pathological fractures and spinal cord lesions. The clinical case clear cell renal carcinoma with solitary metastasis in thoracic spine presented this article demonstrates possibility manifestation disease neurological symptoms importance timely comprehensive diagnosis adherence treatment deadlines.
